Appointments We know how much you value your special time with us, and we honor it as well. Please arrive for your scheduled time 5 minutes in advance so that we can ensure that we begin on time. If you are late, we can not guarantee that we can give you your fully scheduled time. Please also silence your personal phone. At Living Well, we provide a quiet, peaceful setting for you to relax and unwind. For the protection of your personal time, and the time of other clients around you, please make certain to follow this guideline. Also, if you must cancel your appointment, please kindly do so 24 hours in advance so that we have the opportunity to give the time slot to someone else who is waitng.
Illness Please reschedule your appointment if you are running fever, or if you have been prescribed an antibiotic for a contagious disease (such as strep throat, tonsilitis, bronchitis, etc) until you have been on medication for at least 24 hours, or if you have experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours. Also, please consider rescheduling if you have a severe cold or throat/nasal symptoms. We do not wish to deprive any other clients of their needed care, due to what could have been an avoidable illness on our part. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Appointments Gift Certificates and Prepaid Appointments are not available for refund, no exceptions. Service substitutions may be made, however. Gift Certificates and Prepaid appointments are transferable.
Payment Payment in full is expected at time of service. We accept the following forms of payment at this time: Cash, check, VISA and Mastercard. Any returned checks will result in a $38.00 returned check fee.
